Lactic Acid Project Introduction
Continuous elimination & fermentation: After the batching and continuous elimination systems, the qualified glucose enters the fermentation system. Keep up the fermentation for a predetermined amount of time. The fermentation mash enters the following step after the fermentation is complete.
Filtration: Mycelium and other pollutants can be removed from the fermentation mash using the filter to produce the desired fermentation mash.
Concentration: When the proper concentration is reached, the qualified fermentation mash moves on to the next stage.
Acidification: After correction, the calcium lactate and H2SO4 addition react to produce CaSO4 and crude lactic acid. CaSO4 is filtered using a belt vacuum filter before being sold to companies that make gypsum. The next parts are used to refine the crude lactic acid.
Continuous ion exchange: To decolorize, deodorize, desalinate, and remove mixed pollutants from the lactic acid through the cation and anion resin, the filtered lactic acid is fed into a continuous ion exchange system.
Membrane filtration: The purified lactic acid is obtained by further removing the tiny impurities that are present in the lactic acid after it enters the membrane filtration combination system.
Concentration & purification: To get the approved and appropriate concentration of the finished lactic acid product, the refined lactic acid is put via an evaporator system and a purification system.
