Cane Sugar Project Introduction
Cane sugar is the final product. Sugar cane is used as a raw material. There have essential processes to get cane sugar from sugar cane. The first stage is to crush the sugar cane to go further step. In this way, mixed juice will be produced. The mixed juice, after pressing, was screened and filtered bagasse bran by roller, then heated for sterilization and defoaming. In the heating, neutralization, and precipitation step, the blended juice is placed. The suspended solids and contaminants are filtered. Get the clear syrup after evaporator concentration and sulfur drift. The molasses is separated using centrifugal separation. The syrup crystal is cleaned, dissolved, and filtered before entering the continuous ion exchange system for desalination, decalcification, decolorization, and deodorization. The qualifying cane sugar is then acquired as the finished product following crystallization, centrifugal separation, and drying.
