The dissolving tank receives the commercial starch, which is then dissolved by the addition of water. Following filtration, the liquid glucose is subjected to decolorization, filtering, and a continuous ion exchange system to remove colored impurities and impurity ions, enabling the glucose to fulfill its refining and purifying objectives. Glucose enters the isomerization pathway to produce 42% fructose after evaporation. To obtain the high fructose, F42 goes through the refining and evaporation process. Once the high fructose has evaporated, it enters the crystallization system. Finally, the qualified crystalline fructose was obtained after centrifugal separation and drying.
